Registration screen

Here are some layout-considerations for the registration screen (version 0.4.0).

The game will be integrated in the website
- The game doesn't open in a new window anymore (goodbye Pop-ups)
- The game-screens will be were you now see the forum
- The game menu will be under the site menu

The registration form will be easier to use
- The only input field will be "Team name" and a name generator for quick game playing is planned.
- Managers won't exist anymore or we use the forum user ... anyway no additional field is required.
- The stadium will get a default name or a generated one ... time will tell. It could be changed later and there is no field on the registration screen required any more.

Elements on the registration screen
- An input field with caption "Team name"
- A submit button
- A button for name generation
- A link for language change (like in version 0.3.1)
- A little info text and links for docs and disclaimer
