Xplodinghead e-mail setup for Clients & Smartphones

Incompatibility
TLS has been around for quite a while now, but apparently there is not much interest in implementing and supporting it.
Because of this, some mail programs will NOT be able to access the xplodinghead mail account.
Among these are (since the TLS1.1+ Update on our servers in early March 2016):
- any Outlook Express and Windows Mail up to and including those provided with Windows 8 / RT
- any Outlook up to and including Outlook 2013 (worked with Outlook 2007 and up on TLS 1.0)
- RIMs BlackBerry Enterprise Server
- BlackBerry OS 10 (worked with TLS 1.0)
- HTC Windows 7.5 Phone
- Windows 8 & 8.1 Phone (worked with TLS 1.0)
- Apple's iPhone (OS 4 through 9.2.1 - supports SSL only)

The following Programs / Operating Systems can connect to the xplodinghead mail account:
- Android Phones (tested with Samsung Galaxy S 6 Edge)
- Thunderbird (according to Alex)

Unknown:
- OS X Mail (don't know - don't care)

Server Type = IMAP

Port = 143 (TLS)
User Name = email address
Outgoing Server (SMTP)
Server Name = mail.xplodinghead.org
Port = 25 (TLS)

For craws.net mail, incoming & outgoing server is:
mail.craws.net
